No, I don’t mean dreams (although businesses at times do come from great ones), I mean cloud computing. Come again? Yes, it does sound a bit geeky but it is something we should all turn to look at.
For starters… what is that? It’s just basically having info on an electronic platform as opposed to actually investing heavily on the infrastructure that can handle it. So yeah, it cuts costs in a major way. Yes… there’s a “but” coming… same thing that has been polemical even with Facebook… Privacy.
In several parts of the world, as I’m sure with some of you don’t particularly like having their private data floating around the net. It all really depends on each country’s legislation and just how worried people really are about it. In Europe, for example, they aren’t keen on it at all. So, we should balance it all out: not all the info, not all the money. Where’s the balance point exactly though?
